What happens when my trial ends?

Your data stays safe. After 30 days, your account becomes read-only — you can still view everything but cannot make changes. Subscribe to any plan to unlock full access again. No data is ever deleted when a trial expires.

Can I change plans later?

Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time from Settings. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. If you upgrade mid-cycle, you are charged the prorated difference.

Why per-property pricing instead of per-user?

Community housing providers often have many casual or part-time staff, plus tenant and contractor portal users. Per-user pricing penalises collaboration. Per-property pricing means you can invite your entire team — including board members, caseworkers, and contractors — without worrying about licence costs.

What payment methods do you accept?

All major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) via Stripe. Card details are handled entirely by Stripe and never touch the Chenashe system. Invoicing is available for annual plans — contact us.

Is there a setup fee?

No. Sign up, explore the demo data, and go live at your own pace. If you need hands-on data migration or onboarding support, we offer that as an optional service — contact us for a quote.

Do all plans really include every feature?

Yes. Rent management, arrears, inspections, compliance, reporting, portals, AI drafting, cultural safety tools, Xero sync, bank reconciliation — everything is included on every plan. The only difference is the number of properties.

All prices are in AUD?

Yes, all prices are in Australian Dollars and include GST.
